Finalization

Thursday 14. – Saturday 16. August

Finally home with easy access to computer and internet, but apparently not enough discipline to finish our holiday diary. Instead of trying to remember what we did, here are a some photos to give you an idea. We did actually have some nice weather, and so spent some time relaxing in the garden, did a bit of reading (panic is setting in, essay need to be handed in by 10. Sept) and just enjoying not having an agenda or programme to adhere to.

Lukas and I went to see FC Midtjylland (have heard a lot of interesting pronounciations of that over the last weeks) play Manchester City. Sat with the Danish fans and as FC won, we had a great time.

We also managed a trip to IKEA and picked up a really cheap sunbed and a swing ball set in another shop. Both items have been used frequently, weather permitting.

And thus we reached the final of this holiday. For those of you who have joined us on the trip, we hope you have enjoyed it. Tomorrow (Sunday 17/8) it is back to work. We are going to install a corps leader in one of the corps in the Division. Does sound like something an electrician does, doesn't it? Good news is that Monday is a Bank Holiday, not a bad way to start after a holiday.
